Vijay Chaddha

Vijay Chadda joined Bharti Foundation as its Chief Executive Officer in October 2008. Under his leadership, the Satya Bharti School Program has grown to provide free quality education to over 40,000 children, with special focus on the girl child and marginalized communities, through its 254 schools across six states in India. Previously, Vijay spent over 15 years with corporations (CEO-TUI LePassage, CEO-Carlson Wagonlit Travel and AFL) and 20 years in the armed forces. He is a graduate from the National Defence Academy (Khadakvasla, India); The Canadian Forces Command and Staff College (Toronto, Canada) and M. Sc. (Defense Studies) from Madras University (India).
