Radha Rameshchandra Sule

Radha Sule is Head of Corporate Sustainability Tata Capital.. She has been responsible for setting up the CS function and all related policies and practices of the Company since its inception. As part of the Corporate Sustainability programme, Radha also oversees the Affirmative Action initiative, which seeks to create livelihoods for personnel from historically disadvantaged communities and in employing and engaging them as business partners. She is a member of the CII CSR & Affirmative Action Subcommittee, 2016-17.
